 I started with Realty First in August, 2006. As a new Agent, I like the fact that you are supported and are not just filling an empty desk, as the case is in some franchise brokerages. I also like that you are given the opportunity to not only do Real Estate transactions, but can assist your clients with their loan as well. Clients like this service so they don't have to be jumping between people. Realty First has your interest at heart, not just their bottom dollar. Since the day I started as a Mortgage Originator I have worked from home, generating my own leads and closing my own deals. The brokers I used to work for never provided me with leads or marketing, but still took up to 50% of MY commissions on every deal.

I Love the EMPOWERMENT…
I just love being able to learn THE ENTIRE PROCESS with Realty First. I've been a member since December 2006 and I called the other day to find out where to get the 1008 listed on the closing checklist for loans. The staff at Realty First told me where to get the form and then told me all about Calyx Point, which I wasn't using yet, and what it can do for me and then e-mailed me the link to the Point website. I then had several other questions having to do with processing a loan. I've closed 15+ loans before coming to Realty First but my previous brokers wouldn't let me have anything to do with the processing of the loan - I would just turn in my 1003's and it closed 3 weeks later. I had no idea "what happened next" let alone how I could have been "serving" my clients better and helping to build the relationship.
I'm so impressed with Realty First and I really think they're awesome. I've learned more about the industry and the entirety of the process in the short time that I've been with Realty First than I have in my career to date. I love that when I call the office, I get a live person who almost always has an answer to my questions and I'm never made to feel like I'm asking a dumb question. I'm amazed at how much knowledge Realty First is willing to share. No other broker out there does that and I'm feeling like I'm becoming a better LO/Agent every day!
